Founded in 2003, Butler Brothers is a family-owned, fully integrated design-build firm consisting of three separate companies: Butler Brothers Development, ltd, Butler Brothers Architecture LLC, and Butler Brothers Construction Corp. Butler Brothers have undertaken over $100M in projects.

We currently are design-building and developing projects in Houston including Audubon Hollow, a 22 unit $50 million high-end home development near River Oaks in Houston TX; Maravilla Court, a 28 unit home development starting at $550K near Spring Branch in Houston TX.

Past projects include: Place des Vosges, a 14 unit, $25 million high-end home development near Uptown Park in Houston TX; The Sycamore, a 35 unit $9 million condo/townhome project in Austin TX near S. Congress and HW71; Regents Green, a 22 townhome $11 million development in Houston, TX near the Medical Center; Soltiva, a 5 unit $2 million attached townhome project in Austin, TX near HW 35 and 38th street. Along with the above-mentioned projects, Butler Brothers companies have completed many other client-driven projects such as commercial office build-out, home additions, and renovations as well as developed two other townhome communities in Houston, TX.

Our strategy for each project encompasses the whole life cycle: find the right land opportunity, fully develop a design concept, organize an investment vehicle, secure investors, obtain the construction bank loan, manage construction, market the development, and sell the properties.

Butler Brothers nurture and benefit from the natural synergy between design, construction, and development know-how. The development process produces a design concept based on a number of factors, including creative use of the land, demands of the particular market, potential financial outcomes, and extensive research. Projects with single-point responsibility for design and construction are the most successful with respect to budget, schedule, and final product. The project architect applies creativity and construction know-how to the design process, and the project construction benefits from the designer’s involvement and attention to detail.
